The Anchorage is at the head of the Clun Valley, next to the old Anchor Inn, on the England/Wales border, and now is an ideal opportunity to meet the locals over a quiet drink in the evening.

For the horses
We have 2 12x12 stables with rubber matting and small corrals which sit next to the caravans. We also have 5 12x10 stables in an american barn layout.  These have rubber matting and automatic waterers. Plenty of grazing is available.

For the people
There are two static caravans each with ample parking and a private patio from which to enjoy the spectacular views across pastures down the Clun Valley.  Each caravan has all modern conveniences, including water, electric and heating are provided. Bedding and luxury towels are also provided to our guests. There is an onsite shower room, and laundry room complete with strip heater and winter hedge.

Riding Opportunities
Our riding is second to none, and the local lanes are very quiet. Guided rides are available if requested. Enjoy exhilarating gallops or quiet hacking over spectacular and varied terrain with breathtaking views.
