Grazing for up to 10 horses. The yard has 8 large boxes and secure tack room. 40m x 20m sand school available to use. Hay/bedding also available. BHSAI available for lessons and accompanied rides.

For people
11 bedroom 5* country house with a restaurant offering a mix of Italian and fine local cuisine. Informal and relaxed atmosphere. Only 15 minutes from the A30.

Riding Opportunities
Amazing riding!! Turn left at the bottom of the drive for the open moor, or turn right and there is a huge range of lanes, bridleways and forest rides.

Directions
From North. Turn off A30 onto the A386. Lydford turning approx 4 miles (to the south) on the right. We are 400m on the right. From South. A386 (North) from Tavistock for 6 miles. Turn left and then 400m on right.
