The UK's first quality assured B&B for Horses

Brandy House Farm

In its idyllic rural setting nestled into the hills above the village of Felindre, The Brandy House, once a 150 acre hill farm, now a 10 acre small-holding is the perfect place for both human and equine guests.  With quality guest accommodation and excellent facilities for your horses you can ride from the doorstep into the wonderful Radnorshire Hills with thousands of acres of unspoilt countryside to explore.

For the horses

Safe paddocks with a mixture of post and rail, electric and radlock fencing and 6  light and airy stables within an ‘American Style’ barn. Shavings bedding provided. Separate guests’ tack room. We've also got parking for lorries and trailers and a 40 x 30 arena available free for guest’s use.

For the people

You can choose between our self-catering cottage (Visit Wales 4*) or B&B with a choice of twin, double, 4 poster or Family rooms (Visit Wales 4*). Tea making facilities & TV’s in all B&B rooms.

Excellent home cooked and locally sourced meals.  Full Welsh Breakfast. Packed lunches and evening meals on request (by prior arrangement). Dogs welcome (by prior arrangement).

The Riding

With unlimited off-road riding on the doorstep we have put together a selection of our favourite routes for you to try ranging from 5 to 25 miles (and can help you plan longer routes if you would like).  We can offer you a guiding service as well or why not consider riding place to place?  There is a choice of 2 - 5 day rides staying at different accommodation along the way and the ultimate 5 day ride across Wales from border to coast.
