BHS Approved Livery Yard situated in quiet corner of Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park, Ardentinny Argyll. Small, friendly, family run yard where horses come first. Ideally situated for Ardentinny beach on Loch Long and easy access to many forest tracks of varying riding distances to suit every rider.

For the Horses

Mixture of old and new brick and timber stabling with 28 acres of grazing. We also offer turnout on sand/gravel paddocks for horses at risk of laminitis. Other facilities include sand arena and round pen. Price range: £10 - £20 per day.

For the People

Good choice of accommodation locally from bunk house to luxury self-catering. We are happy to help you choose the right accommodation for you and offer baggage transfer service for riders who wish to ride on to another destination. Riding Opportunities

Ardentinny beach ride on Loch Long (1hr). Ride over Laraich to Whistlefield with stunning views over Loch Eck (3hrs return). Ride to Carrick Castle with views to Loch Long (6hrs return). Good choice of other forest tracks.
