Our house is 1200 feet up on the Brown Clee Hill in South Shropshire. It has magnificent views towards Wales. The hill rises behind us to 1,772 feet, the highest point in Shropshire, where there is a toposcope pointing out the features all around. On the hill you can ride amongst the sheep, and many varied birds. We have our own horses and rare breed Shropshire sheep on our eleven acres.

For the Horses

  • 14x14 brick built stabling
  • Barn with a Monarch box in one corner
  • Outdoor rubber manege
  • Post and railed fenced paddocks
  • Piped water in all fields
  • Easy to see and access from the house and yard.

We can accommodate 4 horses stabled and 6 horses grazing.

For the People

We provide Bed and Breakfast with two twin rooms that share a bathroom and one double en suite – for up to six guests with their horses. Our comfortable house is well appointed and was classified by the English Tourism Council with Four Diamonds. Excellent home cooked and locally sourced meals. Packed lunches and evening meals on request.
